Dear Wellington City Council,

Re: https://wellington.govt.nz/your-council/...

This is / was now a second attempt to revive the site and there are concerns in the social media that the development may have stopped again where one or few of the main backers may or may not have pulled out.

Please release both:

A) The original proposal by Watson group and;

B) The contract WCC signed with Watson group

C) Any updates / notices from Watson group relating to the work from past four weeks

B) should include the lease terms as agreed with Watson group what sets out that under what terms the development was secured in order to avoid repeat failure to revive the site.

And the Oriental bay rotunda website have now seemed stopped functioning as well raising questions about continued development on the site.
