Specifically, I request copies of communications, briefings, emails,
meeting notes, risk assessments, and any supporting documentation
exchanged between emergency management personnel, incident controllers,
senior leadership, and relevant operational teams.

 

I am also seeking information on the data, advice, and risk assessments
relied upon in making this decision, as well as documentation identifying
