I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your Official Information Act 1982
(OIA) request of 26 December 2025.

Please note that you submitted this request during the OIA statutory
holiday period, meaning that a decision on your request will be due on 13
February 2026, being 20 working days after the date your request was
received. Unfortunately, as the University is experiencing high volumes of
OIA requests at this time, while we will attempt to respond as soon as
reasonably practical it is likely that we will not be able to respond to
your request until closer to the abovementioned decision date.

I note you are seeking copies of test papers over a three year period. If
you are a student at the University, you may wish to contact your course
coordinator or lecturer directly to seek this information, as they are
likely to be able to offer you further guidance on your course at the same
time if needed. Accordingly, to help you receive more tailored and timely
advice about this course, we recommend you withdraw your OIA request and
contact your course coordinator or lecturer instead (contact details can
be found here:
[1]https://www.wgtn.ac.nz/courses/rese/411/...

If you are unable to get the information you need through your course
coordinators, or you are not a student at the university, you are welcome
to let us know and we will be happy to process your request through the
OIA.

Grateful if you can please let us know as soon as practical how you would
like to proceed – whether you wish to withdraw your request and contact
the course coordinator/lecturer the first instance, or if you would like
to proceed with your OIA request instead.

Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.
