From: Stephen Thawley
Wellington Regional Council
Kia ora Craig
You have requested a copy of resource consent WGN250128 together with all
relevant documents, including correspondence. I have completed an initial
review of the consent file and determined that there approximately 80
document records on the file. Based on this number of records and the time
required to assess and collate these documents, and our previous advice
provided as part of our collated response to various information requests
(2025-330 et al), we may charge for the request in its current form. We
can readily provide key information on the resource consent (e.g. consent
decision and notification decision) with no charge.
Before proceeding with the request as it stands, could you please clarify
whether:
1. You would be satisfied with the key consent documentation as outlined
above
2. You would like to refine the request further
3. Continue with the request as it currently stands.
If you could provide a response by Monday 1^st December that would be
appreciated. If we do not hear from you by this date, we will continue
with processing the request as it stands.
Kind regards
Stephen
