I am writing to acknowledge receipt of the below part of your OIA request
which was transferred to Te Kawa Mataaho Public Service
Commission from Social Investment Agency 10 December 2025.

I request copies of all emails, text messages, and other written
communications (including Teams, WhatsApp, or SMS messages) between:

Andrew Coster (in his capacity as CE of the Social Investment Agency) and:

4. Sir Brian Roche;

Please include any correspondence:

referring to or discussing the IPCA investigation or report into Police
leadership conduct; relating to any complaint, employment, or disciplinary
matters concerning Mr McSkimming;

or relating to media or political management of those matters.

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in
any event no later than 20 working days after the day your request was
