I request copies of all emails, text messages, and other written communications (including Teams, WhatsApp, or SMS messages) between:
- Andrew Coster (in his capacity as CE of the Social Investment Agency ) and:
- Hon Judith Collins, Minister for the Public Service;
- Hon Mark Mitchell, Minister of Police;
- Hon Nicola Willis, Minister of Finance;
- Sir Brian Roche;
- Jevon McSkimming.
Please include any correspondence:
- referring to or discussing the IPCA investigation or report into Police leadership conduct;
- relating to any complaint, employment, or disciplinary matters concerning Mr McSkimming;
- or relating to media or political management of those matters.
The timeframe for this request is 1 January 2023 – 12 November 2025.
I request that any relevant messages sent from personal devices or private accounts be included, where they concern official business.
If portions must be withheld under sections 6 or 9 of the Act, please release the remainder of each document with reasons for any redactions.
