Under the OIA please provide the following.
All emails and communications if any, between Heather Baggott and Andrew Coster concerning Jevon McSkimming and/or the ICPA investigation from September 24th, 2024, the day Coster was announced as the new Secretary for Social Investment and CEO, to 11th November 2025.
Please provide all emails and communications if any, from the Public Service Commission or its representatives to Andrew Coster concerning the ICPCA investigation from November 1st, 2024, to 11th November 2025.
