Dear Social Investment Agency,

Across the period from 1 November 2024 to 31 August 2025, please provide
the following information for Deloitte, EY, KPMG and PwC:
- What is the title of each contract / Consultancy Services Order awarded
to each company?
- For each contract or CSO:
* When was it signed?
* What was the maximum value of the contract at signing?
* What is the maximum value at 31 August 2025?
* How much has been invoiced under each contract by month?
* What procurement process was followed to award each contract?
* If the procurement process did not appear on GETS, explain how this was
justified and which member of staff approved it - both job title and name.
* Where an exemption to the Government Procurement Rules was relied on,
explain in detail how the decision to apply the exemption was reached and
identify the research / analysis undertaken or data relied on to support
this decision.
