I am writing to notify you that I am extending the timeframe for response to your request under the following section of the Act:
• under section 15A(1)(b) of the OIA to enable necessary consultation on the response given the material in scope of the request.
We will now respond to your request on or before 29 January 2025, this is an extension of 20 working days, noting summer holidays.
