Police OIA obligations
Harwood Wilson made this Official Information request to Mark Mitchell
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Harwood Wilson to read recent responses and update the status.
From: Harwood Wilson
Dear Mark Mitchell,
1. Does the minister consider that the government sufficiently funds the Police to staff all departments to meet their legal obligations?
2. Does the minister consider that a OIA request to Police being overdue by 40 days is partly due to his reductions in back office staffing demands.
Yours faithfully,
Harwood Wilson
