Thank you for your Of icial Information Act 1982 (OIA) request 11 December 2025 in which 
you sought: 
•  I request under the Official Information Act all documents, correspondence, and any 
other material relevant to the decision you have made under section 15A(1)(b) of the 
OIA to extend the timeframe for answering my request of 12 November 2025. 
 
My office had verbal discussions regarding the material within the scope of your request and 
the consultation required to release this information to you. Following these discussions, the 
office determined that the requirements for an extension under section 15A(1)(b) were met 
and the timeframe was extended accordingly. 
You have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review my decision if you are not satisfied with 
my response to your request.
