We can find no record of receiving your Official Information Act request
pertaining to Male to Female sexual reassignment surgery for the West
Coast DHB.

 

However I have in the past two days, since receiving your email below,
 drafted a response for your request. It is now in the review and approval
process and I will send it to you as soon as that process is finalised.

 

I apologise for the mix up and will discuss the situation with my
colleagues on the West Coast in an endeavour to ensure it doesn’t happen
again.
