Assessments of the Risk of Dogs on Te Ara Tupua - the Petone to Ngauranga Cyclepath
David Tripp made this Official Information request to New Zealand Transport Agency
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for David Tripp to read a recent response and update the status.
From: David Tripp
Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,
A Concept Design Road Safety Audit was conducted by WSP for NZTA in Mid 2021. This Audit has previously been provided under the OIA. This assessed the risks of dogs-on-leads on the path as a significant risk of causing death and serious injury.
We have been informed by Hutt City Council officers that NZTA has susequently reassessed this risk as a moderate risk of causing death and serious injury.
We request under the OIA all documents, assessments, memos and emails - whether internal or by external agencies or consultants - related to the reassessment of this risk.
Yours faithfully,
David Tripp
