Dear Health and Disability Commissioner,

Pursuant to the Official Information Act, please provide the following:

- An explanation from the Working Group/Change Team as to why the roles of Chief Advisor and Principal Advisor Process Improvement are considered sufficiently different to the other strategy and policy roles (vacant and occupied) that are proposed to be disestablished

- An explanation from the Working Group/Change Team as to why the roles of Chief Advisor and Principal Advisor Process Improvement are considered sufficiently different to the Project Leaders roles that are proposed to be disestablished

- A copy of all papers, memoranda, emails, minutes of meetings from 2022 onwards where either the Chief Advisor (and in the incumbent's previous Principal Advisor role) or the Principal Advisor Process Improvement have been involved in or proposed structural or process changes to the ELT or Governance Group that have or would have impacted on the work load, work flow or roles and responsibilities of the legal team and either project leader.
