Pursuant to the Official Information Act 1982 please provide me a copy of the "Project Balance" Decision Document relating to a proposed restructure of the Central Police District. I believe this was released in December 2016.

I refer to your request dated 12 April 2017 in which you requested a copy
of the "Project Balance Decision Document relating to a proposed
restructure of the Central Police District. I believe this was released in
December 2016.”
