- a copy of the proposed amended PD for the Principal Advisor Operations role
- details on whether this is expected to be an expanded role and if so, whether it would incur greater cost
- If yes to the above, please provide a justification as to why this proposal has been put forward in light of financial constraints

- details of whether consideration was given (with fulsome explanation provided) to disestablishing the Principal Advisor Process Improvement role and retaining the two project leader roles
- noting that for other roles, justification has been given that the core purpose of the role is no longer required - why was the same justification not applied to the process improvement role - i.e. if process improvement is no longer a core business function, why is the role not being disestablished
