I am requesting the following info under the OIA act:
1. Reason as to why the chief advisor was promoted last year given that hdc's finances were concerning
2. The amount of travel costs associated with the cultural team from 2022 to present
3. The number of hui a whanaus undertaken by the cultural team between 2022 to current
