Pursuant to the Official Information Act 1982, I respectfully request the following information:

1. The total costs incurred by HDC staff re travel between 2020 to now. As part of this, outline the costs across each department at HDC, including the cultural team.
2. The number of decisions made by each commissioner/deputy commissioner per year from 2022 to now
3. For 2020 complaints, please provide average timeframes for each decision maker for ecds stages 43.1, 48, 50, 61.2, 62, 74 and 28.
4. A copy of the position description for chief advisor and principal advisor - process improvement
5. Number of closed file reviews undertaken between 2022 and now for each decision maker.
