Emergency Management Agreements with Commercial Providers

To whom it may concern,

The NEMA Catastrophic Event handbook notes in Table 14 that FENZ holds agreements with commercial providers for the provision of earthmoving equipment and demolition equipment/crew. I would like to seek the following information in relation to this:

- A list of the types of equipment that FENZ could request through these agreements.
- A list of the agreements FENZ holds for such equipment/crew.

I understand these may be operationally or commercially sensitive documents, so if any information is deemed not to be exempt from release, I ask this be redacted as opposed to the documents being withheld in full, if possible.
