DOC/FENZ Operational Services Agreement

Dear Fire and Emergency New Zealand,

DOC and Fire and Emergency NZ have recently updated and signed the Operational Services Agreement that sets out the services that each party will deliver to each other in respect to rural fire.

Under the provisions of the Official Information Act I request the following:

1. A copy of the review undertaken by FENZ of the services DOC provide in the 3 year period since 2017 as required under the agreement;

2. A copy of the recently completed agreement that replaces to 2017 version; and

3. Advice as to the Internet sites that the agreement is to be posted on as was previously required under the old Agreement.

I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your information request, dated 16
