Dear Health New Zealand,

Under the official information act 1982, I request the following:

1) A list of all contracts or engagements between HNZ and PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) from 1 january 2022 until 1 may 2025. Including:
- the purpose and scope of each engagement
- the total cost of each engagement
- the contract duration or period
- the method of procurement (open tender, closed, direct tender, etc)

2) Copies of final reports, recommendations, or substantive deliverables produced by PwC under these engagements, where not subject to commercial confidentiality.

3) Any evaluations, reviews, or post implementation assessments conducted by HNZ on the effectiveness or outcomes of PwC work.

4) Total expenditure by HNZ on PwC consulting services, broken down by financial period over the period January 1 2022 - May 1 2025.

If any part of this review is likely to be refused, I would appreciate the opportunity to narrow the scope of this request.
