Dear Health New Zealand,
Tend Health Ltd has been approved to become its own Primary Health Organisation (PHO) enabling it to contract directly with Te Whatu Ora (HNZ). Ref: Tend Health website, 29 May 2025 and widely reported in the media.
Please can you provide a copy of the PHO Service Agreement between TWO /HNZ and Tend Health Ltd including non standard or supplementary clauses and annexes that form part of the agreement.
