St John PWC Report 2025
Pat made this Official Information request to Health New Zealand
The request was partially successful.
From: Pat
Dear Health New Zealand,
I am a New Zealand citizen making this Offical Information Act request.
Hato Hone St John has recently commissioned an ambulance remuneration review report from PWC (PricewaterhouseCoopers), this was started in February, and is now understood to be complete. For clarity, I am referring to the new report completed in 2025, not any previous PWC reports.
1. Has the Ambulance Team at Health New Zealand (or any other area of Health New Zealand) received a copy of this report?
2. If Health New Zealand has received a copy of this report, can a copy please be provided?
3. If available to Health New Zealand, please provide any other documentation associated with this report, such as the scoping documents.
3. Please provide any communication held with PWC or Hato Hone St John regarding this report.
Yours faithfully,
Pat

Dear hnzOIA,
Can an update please be provided on this request? You are approaching the statutory deadline for reply without any further contact.
Yours sincerely,
Pat
From: Pat
Dear Health New Zealand,
This OIA request is now overdue and beyond the 20 day deadline for response - you have not provided the information requested or any extension request. This lack of communication is disappointing. Please provide the requested information (or at minimum an update on an ETA) ASAP or this will be referred to the ombudsman.
Pat
