We have attached an information sheet on our processes and requirements
under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.

 

LGOIMA requires us to provide you with information no later than 20
working days after receiving your request. Your request will take longer
than usual. This is because the days commencing 20 December and ending 10
January are not counted as working days. This is explained in section 2(1)
of LGOIMA and at the Ombudsman's website

We will respond to your request as soon as possible and in any event no
later than 20 working days after the day your request was received. This

Dear Auckland Council,

May I have any information or correspondence regarding an application for
resource consent relating to tidal power generation under the Tāmaki Drive
Bridge across Hobson Bay, near Parnell Baths? This may include
correspondence between Community Leisure Management (CLM) Ltd and Auckland
Council. This may also include internal Council correspondence on the
status of the resource consent, any proposed conditions or decisions, as
well as any reasons why a consent may not have been granted. The dates
relating to any application would likely be between 2011 and 2013.

I understand that the scope of my request is broad, and that it relates to
an activity in the past, and so I would welcome any recommendations for
narrowing my request.
