Dear Auckland Council,

I hope this letter finds you well. Under the Local Government Official
Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA), I am writing to formally
request a copy of any training materials, guides, or handbooks that are
used by council agents in the process of assessing and processing resource
consent applications. This includes, but is not limited to, resources used
by employees or contractors working in the capacities of duty planners,
advisors, or consultants.

I understand that the Council may have a considerable amount of
information, and I appreciate your assistance in providing these documents
in a timely manner. Please feel free to contact me if you need any
clarification or further information to process this request.

I look forward to your prompt response, and I thank you in advance for
your cooperation and assistance in this matter.
