In relation to your LGOIMA request below, I am seeking clarification on
the actual information you are requesting for the consents listed. 

 

Could you clarify please whether you are requesting all information held
by council for these consents which would include the application process,
consent document and subsequent monitoring of the consent, or is it just
specific documents that you are requesting?

 

For example are you just wanting the application document, council
decision report and the consent document?

 

Given the age of the consents listed, I will need to have the hard copy
files retrieved from archives and then get the records scanned and sent to
you.  It is also noted that a number of the consents are expired and so do
not have a current consent.

 

In regard to costs for providing this information, council is required to
provide the first hour of time free and then it would charge each
additional half hour of time at $38 incl GST. 

 

Once you have clarified the information you require, I will be able to
provide an estimate of cost to provide the requested information if
necessary.

consents and I will retrieve the hard copy files.  This additional work
will be chargeable under LGOIMA as I have used the free hour already.

 

I have also extended the time period for the response to this LGOIMA
request by 20 working days to allow for the provision of any additional
documents, if required.  I am required to advise you that you have the
right to apply to an Ombudsmen for an investigation and review of this
extension under section 27(3) of the LGOIMA 1987.

No, I can confirm only one consent and one mooring at this location.  The
two numbers are a product of a new database that was installed in 2013. 
When information was transferred from one to the other, this mooring was
given a new consent number, being AUT.035248.01.01.
