On 18 October 2024 you requested the following information, under the
Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA):

 

Community Board Member Alison Allsop-Jones posted on her public Facebook
account (Fri 18 Oct 2024 0846) regarding printing more than 500 pages of
information regarding the "Cranford Consultation," please provide an
actual or estimated cost of the printing of those documents and details of
whether those costs were met by the Council or by her.

 

Release of information

To the best of our knowledge, Christchurch City Council staff did not
provide this document to Ali Jones. It would be something that she decided
to print out herself. Each year elected members receive a contribution
towards Printer and ICT consumable costs which may have covered the
printing costs.

 

You have the right to ask the Ombudsman to investigate and review our
decision. Complaints can be sent by email to

City Council website a month after they have been responded to, with
