The information requested is due to be released in line with our 2023-24 Annual Report. Unfortunately, the audit process is taking longer than we anticipated.

Once the audit process is completed and the Council receive the 2023-24 Annual Report we will release the requested information to you.

Dear Info,

1./ Please provide the raw data for the entire Customer Satisfaction survey (currently a summer exists in the 2023_24 Annual Report Draft; you are free to remove identifying information, however from memory there was no such request for personal data.

2./ I note a comment of "N/A option was removed from the survey results" of "Residents are satisfied with the Leadership of Council ", we'd like to obtain copies of the original results for this question too so to verify the entire data source.
