collected in relation to the Level of Service Survey 2023-2024. 
 
This information will soon be publicly available and will be released in the Annual Plan Report, in a 
separate report titled Level of Service Survey 2023-2024, release should be late September early 
October 2024.    
 
Council  have  decided  to  refuse  your  request  under  section  17(d)  of  the  LGOIMA  Act  -  that  the 
information requested is or will soon be publicly available. 
 
You  have  the  right  to  seek  an  investigation  and  review  by  the  Ombudsman  of  this  decision.
