We were expecting a response o n or before 3 September and followed up on the 4th September but have yet to receive any correspondence.

We cannot understand the delay as this information should be easily located.

If we have not received a response within 24hrs, we will be lodging a complaint with the ombudsman.

Council acknowledges that the blanket response did not address each individual question. The decision to withhold the requested information applied to all questions asked. We can send a corrected response if you prefer.
The decision to withhold is to allow council time to complete all necessary steps to provide a comprehensive response to this request and others with similar content so as to mitigate further multiple requests for information that might occur from partial release of information held.
Council endeavours to respond in full by the end of November 2024 to this request.
