Dear Auckland Transport. I would be grateful if you provided me the following information with respect to the Essential Vehicle Area located on Queen Street between Wakefield and Wellesley Streets.
1. The value of infringement notices issued to owners of vehicles using the EVA; and
2. Copies of any AT reports into the adequacy or otherwise of signage in relation to the EVA.

Auckland Transport (AT) acknowledges receipt of your request for official
information dated 6^th December 2023 for infringements and signage
relating to EVA lane on Queen Street between Wakefield and Wellesley
Street, Auckland CBD.
