Number of repeated infringement notices for Queen St EVA
C Maguire made this Official Information request to Auckland Transport
The request was successful.
From: C Maguire
Dear Auckland Transport,
I would like to request:
1. The number of infringement notices issued for driving through the Queen St EVA since it started issuing fines only on 20 March 2023.
2. The number of unique vehicles issued infringement notices for driving through the Queen St EVA since 20 March 2023.
In other words, how many of the tickets issued are for repeat offenders? You should (if it makes it easier) presume that the license plate read by the cameras uniquely identifies a vehicle for the purposes of this request.
Yours faithfully,
Cole
