2- Could you please also provide an updated cascade plan, I understand that a more recent copy is available than what was supplied on a previous response late last month. Most would consider this withholding OIA’able information. Please ensure that this is supplied correctly.

With regards to the incident reports, I do not require names or contact details.
However, with regards to the cascade plan, what you have supplied is not the most up to date. The supplied is over a year and half old, and I am aware management in the South and North Island has been approached with the new cascade plan to ensure vehicle suitability for each station. Please contact the national fleet manager Mike Moran for further clarification. Please ensure that this is resubmitted within the timeframe as per the OIA regulations.
