I am writing to submit a request for official information to the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences at the University of Auckland.

This request relates to the FTP Guidelines, meaning the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences Fitness to Practise Guidelines.

Could the University of Auckland please supply a copy of the ‘FTP Guidelines’ document referenced repeatedly on the University of Auckland website?

Dear Nicole,

 

I refer to your request of 25 July 2023. FTP Guidelines have not yet been
developed by the FTP Board - the need for FTP Guidelines is under review.
This constitutes a refusal of your request under section 18(e) of the OIA,
as the document requested does not exist.

 

You have the right to make a complaint to an Ombudsman if you are
dissatisfied with this response.
