I am requesting any and all information held by Feilding High School in accordance with the Official Information Act 1982 for the following points. You normally have 20 working days to respond to this request, as required by law.

* Any rules regarding students personal grooming and / or styling
* What legal basis Feilding High School has for implementing these rules (if applicable)
* Any notes, meetings, documents, legal consultations or other relevant details that occurred as a result of the recent court case regarding students personal grooming and / or styling at a different school (if applicable)
* How Feilding High School ensures that punishments are applied equally between both genders
* Details of any complaints made by students, parents or otherwise in relation to punishments (such as a suspension, stand down, in-school suspension or were sent home) handed down by the school for students personal grooming and / or styling
* Numbers of students that received a punishment (such as a suspension, stand down, in-school suspension or were sent home) as a result of their personal grooming and / or styling, broken down by gender, by month, for the past 5 years (or past 2 year, if this would be unreasonable)
* Numbers of days students that received a punishment (such as a suspension, stand down, in-school suspension or were sent home) were not attending school in their regular classes as a result of their personal grooming and / or styling, broken down by gender, by month, for the past 5 years (or past 2 year, if this would be unreasonable)
