Dear Cody C,

Thank you for your request for information.

The Ministry deals with many training providers. As your request is very broad, we refer you to the Contract Mapping site http://www.contractmapping.govt.nz/ where you will find information about the many providers the Ministry contracts to provide services to people, individuals and families.

Your official information request lacks due particularity. Please refine the request to include a timeframe and or specific details, otherwise we may refuse your request under Section 18(f) of the Official Information Act, as your request is very broad and substantial manual collation would be required to locate and prepare all documents within scope of your request. The greater public interest is in the effective and efficient administration of the public service.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Dear OIA_Requests (MSD),

Once more, I am requesting the following under the OIA:

* Breakdown of money paid to each PTE per student/course, for the last 3 years (i.e. cost to MSD for ten students on one course is $10,000 total so the answer would be $1000 per student, for that PTE's course)
* Breakdown of money paid to each PTE per year, for the last 3 years
* List of courses offered by PTE's to MSD, for the last 3 years (if possible, if not then List of courses offered by PTE's to MSD presently)
* Eligibility criteria to attend a course

Yours sincerely,

Cody C
