Dear Invercargill City Council,

Hi .
Could you please confirm , If Invercargill is part of the smart city initiative which i think started about 2019? , 2. What purpose does the NIWA cloud seeding base serve , it's more than obvious weather manipulation is going on. 3. Is there a local business or businesses involved in creating an Ai drone based platform system in invercargill, if so what's it's purpose, I certinley don't believe it's for conserverstions purposes, Nor do I believe the D.O.C Southland purchased a predator drone several years back for conserveration purposes.4 What exactly are the 5g Towers and associated small cells being used for , Because they're not being used for better coverage , also are they equipped with a Phazed array antenna box, is this all part of NZ role in the Fourth industrial revolution. I believe I know the answers to these ,But I would like Answers from the ICC or Whom ever holds the information I am requesting
