Silent Weapons for Quiet (invisible) Wars

Melanie Lorraine Petrowski made this Official Information request to Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet

The request was refused by Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.

From: Melanie Lorraine Petrowski

Dear Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet,

Because a Sonic Weapon (Sound Cannons - two long range acoustic devices (LRADs) were used in the Wellington anti-mandate protest just over a year ago in February and March 2022 by the NZ Police against their own citizens causing skin rashes, burns, and many other symptoms including pain, headaches and tiredness; and because chronic fatigue is becoming rife in this country at the moment, I would like to ask - Is the New Zealand Government currently using any of these (silent) weapons against its own citizens?:

• DEW (Direct Energy Weapons)?

• Any Low Frequency devices or technology that can emit radiation at long distances? (May include street lights and 5G cell phone towers).

• Geoengineering? This has many names, ie solar radiation management (SRM), cloud seeding, chemtrails including spraying barium, aluminium, graphene or other chemicals or nanoparticles; or weather manipulation creating storms and floods? Is NIWA (National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research Limited) involved? And is it possible to site the CV’s or work history of all the foreigners working at NIWA?

• HAARP - High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program? Is there a “research program” in Birdlings Flat, Christchurch or anyway else in New Zealand? These can also create earthquakes and steer storms causing great harm to people.

* Any other weapons used by "the elite special tactics group" on New Zealand citizens?

* And is there any foreign military personnel or agents working with the NZ Government on using any of the above?

Any information would be much appreciated.

Yours faithfully,

Concerned Citizen
Melanie Petrowski

This request was refused on the grounds that the information requested does not exist.

I don't know whether this refusal is legal or not. If it isn't, the only legal redress would involve providing irrefutable evidence that the information requested DOES exist.

In order to do this, the questioner should probably snip their blanket request for information into a number of more specific questions, on each of which they have some actual evidence that something HAS been done.

TPTB clearly are DOING stuff that harms us-the-people. They're doing it in secret and they're clearly not averse to lying about it, provided they can do so in broad, general terms. In order to get them to admit ... well, anything really ... we-the-people have to provide forensic-level evidence that some particular thing has been done and then ask for specific information about it that CLEARLY DOES exist. Only then can the Ombudsman tell them to deliver such specific information. In other words, OIA requests don't work unless you already know exactly what information you want and who holds it. It's all a rather disgusting chess game.
