I am interested in the impact new Kainga Ora developments have on property
prices in the neighbourhood and suburb where they are built. That impact
might be positive or negative, and might vary over time.

 

Can you provide any statistics/reports/projections etc about property
prices in neighbourhoods and/or suburbs where a new Kāinga Ora development
has been established?

 

If these statistics provided a trend over time that would also be useful.
