Thank you for your email dated 5 November 2021 requesting under the
Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) the following information:

 

-        Could you please provide information on any Kiwibuild homes
contracted to be built in Auckland, including the ones that have not yet
been published on Kiwibuild website.

-        Could you please also provide estimated construction start dates
and/or estimated construction completion dates for these developments
where known.

-        Could you please also advise that if all these projects will be
listed in KiwiBuild website, or some of them will be listed by the
contract developer themselves?

-        Could you please also advise how many KiwiBuild homes are planed
to build in the future, except for those in the answer to this enquiry.

 

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in
any event no later than 3 December 2021, being 20 working days after the
day your request was received by Kāinga Ora-Homes and Communities in
accordance with section 15(1) of the Act.

 

If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will notify you of
an extension of that timeframe.

 

We may also contact you if further clarification or refinement of your
request is required to enable a decision to be made.
