Regarding your  requests below and attached, Kāinga Ora is extending the
timeframe for making a decision on your Official Information Act 1982
(OIA) request, to 29 September 2023.

 

Consultations are required to make a decision on your request.

 

This extension is made in accordance with section 15A(1)(b) of the OIA:
consultations necessary to make a decision on the request are such that a
proper response to the request cannot reasonably be made within the
original time limit.

 

We will endeavour to respond to you as soon as possible within this
timeframe. You have the right to make a complaint to the Ombudsman about
the decision to extend this timeframe.
