Dear Kāinga Ora–Homes and Communities,

Thank you for the documents relating to the proposed redevelopment from my original request dated 06 April 2023.

I am aware that local residents were invited to provide feedback and feedback was given. Can you advise why this information (with redactions) has not been included in the initial response?

You note that one document has not been supplied as it is 'out of scope', can you advise why this document is considered out of scope?

In addition, as the project was placed on hold, I would expect that there has been a report completed to the decision maker and/or email correspondence within Kainga Ora detailing those reasons. Can you please advise why this has not been included in the response?
