Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 request dated 21 January
2025. I am writing to seek a refinement to your request, given the broad
nature of your request for “all email correspondence”.  Given the nature
of the direct reporting line between the General Manager and Director,
there will be a large volume of email correspondence that would fall in
scope of your request as currently worded. If you could provide specific
topics that you are interested in, we can use these to narrow down which
emails should be in scope. If your request is not refined, it may be
refused under section 18(f) of the Act as the information requested cannot
be made available without substantial collation or research. 
 

Please reply to this email by 5pm Monday 3 February 2025 with specific
topics or key words and we can use those to scope the email correspondence
between the date range you have already provided.
