·       ……a list of developers (company names) with the dates of the start
and completion of upcoming Kiwbuild properties for 2022/23 for the
Auckland area

 

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in
any event no later than 7 April 2022, being 20 working days after the day
your request was received by Kâinga Ora-Homes and Communities in
accordance with section 15(1) of the Act.

 

If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will notify you of
an extension of that timeframe.

 

We may also contact you if further clarification or refinement of your
request is required to enable a decision to be made.
