Port Nicholson Block Settlement Trust (all trustees, employees and management)
Relating to activities and proposed activities on Miramar Peninsula, especially in regards to Shelly Bay and surrounding bays, dated from 1 December 2021 to 19 September 2022.

Thank you for your request made under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (the Act), received on 19 August 2022.
The Act requires that we advise you of our decision on your request no later than 20 working days after the day we received your request.
