Your request has been considered under the Local Government Official
Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA) and has been partially granted
with some information withheld pursuant to the following sections:

o Section 7(2)(a) – to protect the privacy of individuals;
o Section 7(2)(b)(ii) – to protect information where the making
available of the information would be likely unreasonably to prejudice
the commercial position of the person who supplied or who is the
subject of the information;
o Section 7(2)(f)(i) – to maintain the effective conduct of public
affairs through the free and frank expression of opinions by or
between or to members or officers or employees.

As per section 7(1) of the LGOIMA, I do not consider that in the
circumstances of this response, the withholding of this information is
outweighed by the other considerations which render it desirable to be in
the public interest to make the information available.

However, I do need a little more time to finalise the response. I
anticipate a response to be sent to you by 30 April 2024, if not sooner.

You have the right, by way of complaint under section 28(1) of the LGOIMA,
