Kia ora Regan

Thank you for the below request.

Are you able to please clarify further on your request? We would be particularly interested in if you are seeking information only about EQ repair, or solely information about its EQ rating. We would be grateful for further clarity.

Also, given you have requested three years' worth of communication. Are you prepared to shorten this timeframe? Your consideration would be grateful given the timeframe would likely impact on ability to carry out our operations.

Thank you for your consideration.

Ngā mihi,
Gareth

From: Regan Gibbons

Hi Garth

I believe EQ repairs would be the most relevant subject. Basically, I am interested in learning more about discussions between council and the owners regarding its current and future status. I am happy to refine this request to the last 12 months.

Yours sincerely,

Regan Gibbons

Wellington City Council

Good morning Regan,

Thank you for your email received on 7 April 2022 in which you requested information held by the Council in respect of 100 Courtenay Place between January 2019 and the present.

I have followed up with our Building Resilience, Building Consents, and Resource Consents Teams and we have been unable to locate anything in respect of 100 Courtenay Place.

However; building consent issued this year for SR 506778 - 80 Courtenay Place - description of work - 'C3 - Consent granted subject to a specified intended life of 5 years under S113 - Removal of smoke detection system from unoccupied part of building'.

Given this consent has been issued, any information relating to it will be held by the Council's Archives Team.

The Archives Team can be contacted via the following address: [email address]

Further information relating to the Archives Team can be accessed on the Council's website via the following link: https://wellington.govt.nz/property-rate...

Please contact me if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,
Ian
