Waikato Expressway 110km/hr speed limit, environmental review, economic evaluation

Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,

For the "SH1 Waikato Expressway Hampton Downs to Tamahere new permanent speed limits" project, where the speed limit on the Waikato Expressway is being raised to 110 km/hr, I would like to request the following:

1) The Economic Evaluation / Business Case.
2) The Environmental Impact Review (including co2e and other pollutant gas predictions).
3) The Road Safety Audit (including for walking and cycling).

Note I am specifically asking for information regarding the speed limit raising project, not the building of any expressway sections.
