Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,

I am looking to compare the application of safety assessments for cycling facilities implemented by Waka Kotahi NZTA.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could please provide the most recent safety audits and Safe System Assessment Framework reports, specifically any reports involving risk assessment for Vulnerable Road Users/road users outside of a vehicle, for the following projects:

1. Grafton Gully Cycleway
2. Glenn Innes to Tamaki Drive path Stage 1
3. Glenn Innes to Tamaki Drive path Stage 2
4. Wainuiomata Hill Shared Path
5. Hutt Expressway (SH2) between Ngauranga Station and Petone
6. Manawatū River Bridge (SH1)
7. The intersection of the Waikato Expressway (SH1) and Gordonton Road (SH1B)

I am writing to acknowledge that Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency has
transferred part 4 of your official information request to Hutt City
Council.  This transfer has been made because the information requested is
more closely connected with the functions of our agency than with Waka
Kotahi NZ Transport Agency. 

 

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in
any event no later than 20 working days after the day your request was
received by Hutt City Council. If we are unable to respond to your request
by then, we will notify you of an extension of that timeframe.
