the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
I would greatly appreciate it if you could please provide the most recent safety audits and Safe 
System Assessment Framework reports, specifically any reports involving risk assessment for 
Vulnerable Road Users/road users outside of a vehicle, for the following projects: […] 4. 
Wainuiomata Hill shared path. 
 
The information you have requested is more closely connected with the functions of the Hutt City 
Council than with Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency. Therefore, I am transferring your request to the 
Hutt City Council under section 14 of the Official Information Act 1982.
