Thank you for your email dated 22 December 2021 requesting under the
Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) the following information:

 

             - a list of developers and the dates for start and completion
of upcoming Kiwbuild properties for the next three years for North & West
Auckland.

 

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in
any event no later than 10 February 2022, being 20 working days after the
day your request was received by Kâinga Ora-Homes and Communities in
accordance with section 15(1) of the Act. Please note this includes three
weeks that are not counted as working days – from 25 December 2021 to 15
January 2022 (inclusive).

 

If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will notify you of
an extension of that timeframe.

 

We may also contact you if further clarification or refinement of your
request is required to enable a decision to be made.
